Fire and flood recovery services
When fire or flood disaster hits you, that's when you need prompt action to minimise the damage and set the recovery process going. That's where our skills and experience come into play, tackling the damage promptly, working with your insurance company and leaving the cleaned premises ready for the recovery contractors.
Knowing exactly what to do and taking prompt action are essential steps in reducing costs and delays, helping to get you and your premises back into operation again.
We recognise that time is money. Our objective is to take away some of the stress by managing the problem and helping to get you back into your restored premises as soon as reasonably possible.
1. Initial response to a call out:
Rapid response means getting to the scene as quickly as possible. Our first action is taking immediate steps to limit the damage.
Then we start work immediately on the disaster recovery plan. |
2. Taking prompt action:
First steps are usually pumping away water and sewage to prevent further damage - then sanitising the area before beginning the initial clearance.
Salvageable items are removed for thorough cleaning, drying and restoration. Taking prompt action helps limit costs and delays later on.
Badly damaged contents - those that are burned or soaked and not recoverable, as well as damaged building materials are then removed from the site, clearing the way for contractors to start their activity. |
3. Starting the recovery process:
Drying out is an essential first stage in repair and restoration. Our powerful dehumidifiers start the drying process, reducing moisture content, damp and humidity.
We continue the liaison process, working alongside your insurance company to produce a schedule of restoration work for the subcontractors.
Time is money: Our aim is to get you back into your premises as soon as feasible. |
